Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Clubcarder business subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to change of mind as well as technical problems we cannot resolve.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email us at support@clubcarder.com and we will arrange it for you.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case — just get in touch.
